A. Google OAuth Account Profile
- Full Name as registered on Google
- Primary Email Address
- Profile Picture / Avatar (for session display)
- Unique Google Identifier
B. Student Profile & Academic Details
- Primary Contact Phone Number (WhatsApp / Calling)
- College / Institution / University Name
- Degree / Academic Stream (UG / PG)
- Current Year of Study (e.g., 1st, 2nd, 3rd Year)
For team events, the designated Group Leader submits the names and email addresses of all co-participants. All team members must belong to the same institution.
02.Payment Data & Financial Security (Razorpay)
Zero Card / Financial Data Storage on Our Servers
All online payments for event registration are securely processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
- Your credit card numbers, debit card details, CVV codes, net banking passwords, and UPI PINs never touch or get stored on our servers.
- Payment information is entered directly onto Razorpay's encrypted, secure checkout interface.
- We only receive and store cryptographic transaction tokens: Razorpay Order ID, Razorpay Payment ID, Payment Status (e.g., SUCCESS / FAILED), amount paid, and timestamp for receipt generation and desk verification.
03.How We Use Collected Information
The collected information is utilized solely for lawful educational fest management purposes:
- Event Registration: To allocate event slots, schedule rounds, and manage team roster entries.
- Fest Communication: To send email confirmations, invoices, rule briefings, and venue updates.
- Identity Verification: To cross-verify student credentials against physical college ID cards at the registration desk.
- E-Certificate Issuance: To print winner certificates and generate verified e-certificates within 30 days post-fest.
04.Data Protection, Security & Session Management
We implement comprehensive technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
• Encryption: All web traffic is transmitted via TLS / SSL 256-bit encryption (HTTPS).
• Secure Cookies: Authentication tokens and session tokens are strictly stored using encrypted, HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax/Strict cookie flags.
• Access Control: Participant rosters are strictly accessible only by authorized faculty coordinators and verified student event heads.
• Data Retention: Registration records are retained for statutory event audits and certificate verification purposes, after which unneeded technical logs are permanently purged.
05.Third-Party Disclosures & Commercial Non-Sale
We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or lease participants' personal identification data to marketing agencies, advertisers, or third-party commercial entities.
Data is only shared with service providers essential for platform operations:
- Google LLC: For OAuth 2.0 single sign-on authentication.
- Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: For PCI-compliant payment processing.
- Resend / Email Infrastructure: For delivering registration confirmations and official fest communications.
06.Your Rights & Profile Access
You retain the right to review the information associated with your account, correct any inaccuracies in your profile details (such as phone number or institution spelling), or request the deletion of your unregistered profile by contacting the fest control committee at the email address provided below.
