In a world of uncertainty, every organization needs a strong shield. Project S.H.I.E.L.D challenges participants to tackle real-world HR situations through people management, problem-solving, communication and strategic decision-making. Protect the people. Manage the chaos. Build the team.

General Guidelines
HR Game is a team event. Each team must consist of four members from the same college.
Teams must report to the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Rules and details of the specific rounds will be disclosed during the commencement of the event.
All the participants should be dressed in formals.
Each team is required to carry their own laptop with a stable internet connection.
Participants are required to clear any doubts before the commencement of rounds.
Any kind of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
Registration is restricted to 20 teams on a first-come, first-served basis.
Decisions made by the event coordinators and judges will be final.
Organizers reserve the right to restrict/modify number of registration/last date of registration due to technical constraints/requirements.
All events are subject to the general guidelines of VIHAAN-2026 and the general campus rules of Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda.
